Consultative Partnership

At SOS we use our long standing experience within the industry to ensure the solutions that we implement deliver measurable benefits to our clients.

We understand that in order to match the right solutions to your needs we need to better understand your particular organisation and processes.

Through our Office Efficiency Analysis Process we are able to quantify your current investment of time & money, this allows us to establish the right solution(s) for your organisation, identify desired future state goals and, furthermore, work within your budget.

As a local family run business, we pride ourselves on our quality of equipment and service, understanding that as a regional business, customer satisfaction is paramount, and as such, we always strive for total client satisfaction in every transaction.

Our typical clients range from small business to large enterprises, all want to focus more time on their core business by streamlining their processes or costs.

Let’s face it, administration, printing, filing and IT are rarely core functions for any organisation but they are essential operations that can typically be enhanced through technology.

By contacting SOS, you will benefit from our complimentary consultative process.
We invest time to better understand your organisation and current processes which enables us to identify improvement opportunities.

This can be products or services that either reduce costs or streamline your processes which gives you time to focus on your core business.

When improvement opportunities are identified we will work with you to deliver options that fit your organisation, both now and into your desired future operations.

If we are unable to identify any real benefits to proceed further, we will provide that advice with integrity. With this honest approach we have found that organisations come back to us again and again.
