Scanning and Data Capture Service

Do you have images, forms, books, magazines, newspapers or even film strips you want to scan and digitise?

We offer a comprehensive scanning and data capture service allowing for swift capturing of both digital and non-digital data for either on-site or off-site data storage.

We convert your (paper-based) documents to digital format either in our production facilities or, if preferred, on-site at your premises.

Output is available in a variety of file formats, including .TIFF, .PDF and .JPG and are exported to CD, DVD or portable device.

Images and electronic files can have data extracted or indexed using advanced processes, software or data entry. This data can then be imported into your systems or searched easily and quickly by virtually any system.

Full Optical Character Recognition (OCR) can also be applied in our processes to make all machine generated text searchable on any device.

Equipment Service

SOS has a team of field technicians who provide onsite service for all the products we supply. Our computerised service system tracks and monitors your equipment and maintains a full history of calls and requirements to ensure the highest level of performance. Our technicians are factory trained and carry a large stock of parts in their vehicles.

Prompt and professional response to your service requests is our goal and on average we respond to service requests within 4 hours on a national basis. SOS has implemented GPS tracking to further ensure we despatch the closest technician and can monitor arrival times, time on site and adherence to agreed service levels.

SOS has a wealth of experience in office equipment and business processes which can benefit your organisation.
